What file format does Icon Ecom Global Merchandising & Promotions use?
PNG files are what we require because PNGs preserve transparency within files.
Note that saving any file as a jpeg will, by default, add a white background to the file. White backgrounds are problematic for various printing processes, that's why we require PNG files.
