Leggings FAQs

Q: Do you offer all over printing on leggings?

A: All Over prints  are cut and sew. We do not offer that option at this time.

Q: What kind of printing do you offer for the leggings?

A: Our leggings are black and we print on the sides of the legs using Direct To Garment (DTG) printing. Screen printing is available for large quantity orders.

Q: What is the maximum print area for the leggings?

A: 14 inches long by 5.5 inches wide.

Q: What happens if I upload an image that is 2800 x 3200 for the leggings, since I already have artwork in that size for my other products?

A: You can use a 2800 x 3200 and we can scale it down, however using an image size that is optimized for the print area is best.

Q: What is the default print location for the leggings?

A: The left upper side / left thigh is the default print location.

Q: What if I want to use a different leggings mockup than the default one that is provided in the PrintTech Dashboard?

A: To replace the placeholder legging image in the mock up builder you would hit the 'Upload Background Image' button at the top left. This would allow you to upload another blank legging template, if you have another.

Q: Where can I get different leggings mockups?

A: As these are just black leggings, another servicable photo might be available from places that sell mockups.

Q: Do I have to use the mockup builder in the PrintTech dashboard to create my mockups or can I do it some other way?

A: If you or your crew is well versed with Photoshop, an alternative is to create your own mockup completely and then when you hit Step 3 of the product creation process to just upload it in place of the placeholder. To do this, you simply get to step three in the product creation process and then hit the 'Upload my completed product image' link at the bottom right. This will display an interface where you can upload your completed mock up (design overlayed on the product) and then the design to be printed below
