Q: I want to be able to inform customers on tracking their purchased item. Where can I find tracking info. on items shipped from PrintTech?

A: You can find a PrintTech tracking number in two places:

1) Go to your Lockerstock and get the tracking number or

2) Open the customer's order on the Order Report
